目的为进一步提高哨鼠在不同环境疫水测定中的准确性和灵敏度,及时掌握江、湖、河水域中日本血吸虫尾蚴分布动态和规律,为监测预警提供科学依据。方法采用22号铅丝手工编制的长方形漂浮式鼠笼,将其分隔5间并配活动门盖,每间投放小鼠(哨鼠)2只,同时在其两端分别用(37cm×10cm)条形泡沫塑料作浮标并加以固定,使漂浮式鼠笼能随水位自由升降而不下沉,并观察其测定效果。结果漂浮式鼠笼在现场哨鼠疫水测定中,能使笼内小鼠四肢、腹部和尾巴正好接触到疫水,而且能使漂浮式鼠笼更加稳固于被测水域水面,使被测小鼠死亡明显减少,现场哨鼠测定效果十分满意。结论此法既安全、简易,又价廉、方便,值得各地在现场血吸虫病监测预警中推广应用。
