2014年下半年,江苏省淮安市总工会在全市范围内开展了劳动关系状况大调研。此次调查覆盖全市五区(包括经济技术开发区)四县,围绕职工基本状况、劳动权益维护、企业民主管理、工会组织建设等几个方面展开,分别对用人单位的职工和工会主席进行了调查。主要方法是问卷调查、专场座谈和深入访谈。其中问卷调查采用随机方式,分成职工组和工会主席组分别进行数据采样和样本分析。问卷调查结束后,职工组获得有效数据16 315份,工会主席组获得有效数据
In the second half of 2014, the General Labor Union of Huaian in Jiangsu Province carried out a large-scale research on labor relations in the city. The survey covers four districts of the city's five districts (including Economic and Technological Development Zone), revolved around the basic conditions of workers, labor rights and interests protection, corporate democratic management, the construction of trade unions and other aspects, respectively, the employer's employees and trade union chairman survey. The main methods are questionnaires, special seminars and in-depth interviews. The questionnaire was conducted in a random way and divided into employee group and union chairman group for data sampling and sample analysis respectively. After the questionnaire was completed, the staff group received 16 315 valid data and the chairperson's union of the trade union obtained valid data
