With the acceleration of socio-political and economic transformation, the vicissitudes of urban society have become the most significant factors that affect the present social development in China. Therefore, governments at all levels have regarded governance in urbanization and urban changes as an important government work. At the same time, in academia, the changes and reconstruction of urban social structure have also become the focus and starting point for exploring the relations between the state and society, space and structure, theory and community practice.
