目的:建立喘宁巴布剂中芥子碱硫氰酸盐的高效液相色谱测定方法。方法:采用Kromasil苯基色谱柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);以3%醋酸(A)-乙腈(B)为流动相,梯度洗脱;检测波长为326 nm。结果:芥子碱硫氰酸盐在0.04~0.40μg范围内呈良好线性关系,回归方程Y=3 931.3X-5.995 9,r=0.999 9,平均回收率为99.14%,RSD=1.69%(n=6)。结论:建立的方法用于测定喘宁巴布剂中芥子碱硫氰酸盐的含量简便、可靠、准确,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a high performance liquid chromatography method for the determination of sinapine thiocyanate in Panting Agent. METHODS: Kromasil phenyl was used as the mobile phase (150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was eluted with 3% acetic acid (A) -acetonitrile (B). The detection wavelength was 326 nm. The results showed that there was a good linear relationship between the concentration of sinapine and thiocyanate in the range of 0.04 ~ 0.40μg, the regression equation Y = 3931.3X-5.995 9, r = 0.999 9, the average recovery was 99.14%, RSD = 1.69% (n = 6). Conclusion: The established method for the determination of sulfonamides in asthma cataplasm is simple, reliable and accurate and can be used for the quality control of this preparation.
