准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(LASIK)仍然是角膜屈光手术的主流术式,继发性圆锥角膜是LASIK术后严重的并发症之一,其主要原因为角膜生物力学衰竭。薄瓣是LASIK的发展趋势,由于其可更多地保留角膜瓣下基质组织,术后角膜结构更加完整。使用飞秒激光技术可定制薄角膜瓣,与机械式显微角膜板层切开刀相比具有一定的优势。薄瓣LASIK术中操作及术后愈合过程有其自身的特点,治疗参数及术后用药需要在常规LASIK基础上适当进行调整。
Laser in situ keratomileusis (LASIK) is still the mainstream of corneal refractive surgery, secondary keratoconus after LASIK is one of the serious complications, the main reason for corneal biomechanical failure. Thin flap is the development trend of LASIK, because it can retain more under the corneal stroma tissue, postoperative corneal structure is more complete. The use of femtosecond laser technology can be customized thin flap, and mechanical micro-corneal lamellar incision compared to have some advantages. Thin flap LASIK operation and postoperative healing process has its own characteristics, treatment parameters and postoperative medication need to be adjusted based on conventional LASIK.
