目的评价2008-2012年济南市艾滋病自愿咨询检测(VCT)服务的实施效果,为进一步扩大VCT服务范围,强化VCT服务策略提供依据。方法对2008-2012年济南市疾病预防控制中心自愿咨询检测门诊,上报至全国艾滋病综合防治数据信息管理系统的数据进行统计分析。结果 2008-2012年共咨询检测8221人,男性7644人,占92.98%;女性577人,占7.02%;平均年龄30.64岁,中位数28岁。检测原因以有男男性行为史、非商业非固定异性性行为史为主,分别占59.53%(4894人)和22.37%(1839人)。8221人中共检出艾滋病病毒(HIV)抗体阳性211例,阳性检出率2.57%;10例不确定者经复查,8例最终确证为阳性,占80.00%。8221人检测者中,重复检测率为38.65%~55.89%,平均重复检测率45.75%;重复检测者与既往未做过检测者的HIV阳性检出率,分别为2.14%和2.76%,两者差异无统计学意义(χ2=1104.51,P<0.001)。结论 VCT门诊可及时发现HIV感染者/艾滋病(AIDS)病人,应进一步完善自愿咨询检测综合服务模式,加强医疗机构信息、资源的整合,以全面落实临床筛查和医院为就诊者/患者主动提供HIV检测咨询服务。
Objective To evaluate the implementation effect of HIV / AIDS voluntary counseling and testing (VCT) services in Jinan City from 2008 to 2012, and provide basis for further expanding the scope of VCT services and strengthening VCT service strategies. Methods The data of voluntary counseling and testing clinics in Jinan City Center for Disease Control and Prevention from 2008 to 2012 and reported to the national AIDS prevention and control data information management system were statistically analyzed. Results A total of 8221 people were examined and counseled during 2008-2012, with 7,644 men (92.98%) and 577 women (7.02%), with a mean age of 30.64 years and a median age of 28 years. The reasons for the detection of male sexual history, history of non-commercial non-fixed heterosexual behavior, accounting for 59.53% (4894) and 22.37% (1839). A total of 8221 HIV-positive cases were detected in 211 cases, with a positive rate of 2.57%. Ten cases of uncertainties were reviewed and 8 cases were positive, accounting for 80.00%. Among 8221 persons, the detection rate was 38.65% -55.89% and the average rate was 45.75%. The positive rate of HIV-positive patients was 2.14% and 2.76%, respectively The difference was not statistically significant (χ2 = 1104.51, P <0.001). Conclusions The VCT clinic can detect HIV / AIDS patients in time and the integrated service model of voluntary counseling and testing should be further improved to consolidate the information and resources of the medical institutions so as to fully implement the clinical screening and the initiative provided by the hospital for the patients / patients HIV testing counseling services.
