为筛选适合武汉市栽种的紫薯新品种,对近几年引进的8个紫薯品种进行了生产试验。结果表明,9个参试品种(含对照)中,渝紫263鲜薯产量最高,达2 686.53 kg/667 m~2,比对照徐薯22增产6.23%,其余品种鲜薯产量均低于对照。渝紫263食味一般,香味淡、纤维含量高而粗,不适宜在武汉市做鲜食用种,可做加工型用种。紫美和济黑1号食味较好,干薯率高,适宜在武汉市做加工和鲜食用种;亲紫、鄂薯8号和海南1号干薯率略低,但食味较好,香气浓,纤维含量低,适宜在武汉市作鲜食用种;京薯6号和紫罗兰的鲜薯、干薯产量不高,食味较差,不适宜在武汉市栽种。
In order to screen new purple sweet potato varieties suitable for planting in Wuhan City, eight purple potato varieties introduced in recent years were tested. The results showed that among the 9 tested varieties (including the control), the yield of fresh red sweet potato 263 was the highest (2 686.53 kg / 667 m ~ 2), 6.23% higher than that of the control . Yuzhong 263 general taste, light fragrance, high fiber content and coarse, unfit for cooking in Wuhan City species, can be used for processing type. Purple beauty and Jihei 1 taste better, high dry potato, suitable for processing and fresh in Wuhan City species; pro-purple, potato E8 and Hainan No. 1 dry potato rate slightly lower, but better taste, aroma Concentrate, low fiber content, suitable for fresh varieties in Wuhan City; Beijing potato 6 and violets fresh potato, dry potato production is not high, poor taste, not suitable for planting in Wuhan.
