研究了水温对该合金模锻件淬火应力场的影响,分别计算了水温15℃、25℃和35℃时的淬火应力场。结果表明:淬火水温不同时,该模锻件的淬火应力场均呈环状分布;随淬火水温的升高,淬火终冷时间缩短,淬火应力的最高值降低;较优的淬火水温应为35℃。
The influence of water temperature on the quenching stress field of die forging was studied. The quenching stress field at 15 ℃, 25 ℃ and 35 ℃ was calculated. The results show that when quenching water temperature is different, the quenching stress field of the die forging shows a ring-like distribution. With the increase of quenching water temperature, the quenching and finishing cooling time is shortened and the highest quenching stress is reduced. The better quenching water temperature should be 35 ℃ .
