采用电催化絮凝/MAP/涡凹气浮/AMRCT/CASS组合工艺处理合成与发酵混合制药废水,其中电催化和涡凹气浮可分别用于提高合成废水的可生化性和去除约16.5%的COD,但AMRCT水解-厌氧反应器可将其中82.2%的COD有效去除,AMRCT出水中约82.3%的COD可继续被填充悬浮填料和活性污泥的CASS工艺进行有效去除,最后经过PAM、PAC混凝沉淀后,出水水质可以达到《城市污水再生利用工业用水水质》(GB/T 19923—2005)标准。
Electro-catalytic flocculation / MAP / vortex flotation / AMRCT / CASS combined process was used to treat mixed and synthetic pharmaceutical wastewater. Electrocatalysis and vortex flotation were used to improve the biodegradability of synthetic wastewater and remove about 16.5% COD, however, AMRCT hydrolysis-anaerobic reactor can effectively remove 82.2% of COD, and about 82.3% of COD in AMRCT effluent can be effectively removed by CASS process with suspended filler and activated sludge. Finally, after PAM, PAC After coagulation and sedimentation, the effluent quality can reach the standard of “Industrial Wastewater Reclamation and Utilization (GB / T 19923-2005)”.
