口腔粘膜下纤维性变是一种较罕见的疾病,多发生于印度和东南亚地区。此病主要组织病理学变化为固有膜纤维组织显著增生,玻璃样变和上皮增生或萎缩,最后导致口腔粘膜硬化的隐匿性慢性疾病。鉴于本病在我国尚未见有报道,本文结合我科的病例对其有关病因和病理等进行报道与讨论,以供参考。病例:患者女性,32岁,渔民。主诉:上唇正中发白半年多,无自觉不适。我科初诊拟为白斑而行活检,病理报告为口唇粘膜下纤维组织 Oral submucosal fibrosis is a rare disease that occurs in India and Southeast Asia. The main histopathological changes of the disease are the prominent proliferation of the fibrinous tissue of the intrinsic membrane, hyaline degeneration and epithelial hyperplasia or atrophy, and finally the occult chronic diseases that lead to hardening of the oral mucosa. In view of the fact that this disease has not been reported in China yet, this article combines the cases of our department to report and discuss the relevant etiology and pathology for reference.
