“十五”期间中国化学工业的排名在全球居第一位,已成为化工大国,“十二五”期间我国化工行业将向“强国”发展,在“十二五”的开局之年,中国化工热点产品与可持续发展引起行业界的极大关注。2012年12月9~11日,中国化工信息中心主办的“2012/2013中国化工热点产品与可持续发展论坛”在北京召开,在两天的时间里,专家和与会代表集中研讨了共同关注的问题。我国战略新型产业的发展规划提出的节能环保、新一代信息技术、生物、高端装备制造、新能源、新材料以及新能源汽车等七大重点发展产业是化工界关注的焦点。2015年我国战略新型产业的增加值占国内生产总值的比重将力争达到8%左右,2020年达15%左右,成为国民经济的支柱产业, During the “Tenth Five-Year Plan” period, China’s chemical industry ranks the first in the world in ranking and has become a major chemical powerhouse. During the 12th Five-Year Plan, China’s chemical industry will develop toward the “powerful nation” “The first year, China’s hot chemical products and sustainable development caused great concern in the industry. From Dec. 9 to Dec. 2012, ”2012/2013 China Chemical Industry Hot Products and Sustainable Development Forum" hosted by China National Chemical Information Center was held in Beijing. During the two days, experts and delegates focused on common Concerns. The seven key development industries of energy conservation and environmental protection, new generation of information technology, biology, high-end equipment manufacturing, new energy, new materials and new energy vehicles proposed by the development planning of strategic new industries in our country are the focuses of the chemical industry. In 2015, the added value of China’s strategic new-type industries will strive to reach about 8% of the GDP and about 15% by 2020, becoming the pillar industry of the national economy,
