随着时代的发展,高职院校英语教师原有的生存状态与职业状态已被打破。本文探索从生态学的角度深度分析高职英语教师当前的生存状态。结果发现高职英语教师的实然“态”与应然“态”存在偏差。进一步分析发现高职英语教师的专业知识与技能、信息素养、学校的管理制度、学生需求、时代需求和国家语言教育政策六个因子对高职英语教师的生存状态产生正向影响关系。
With the development of the times, the existing living conditions and professional status of English teachers in higher vocational colleges have been broken. This article explores the current state of existence of higher vocational English teachers from the perspective of ecology. As a result, it is found that there are some discrepancies between the actual status of English teachers in higher vocational colleges and the status of the native English teachers. Further analysis found that the professional knowledge and skills of vocational English teachers, information literacy, school management system, student needs, the needs of the times and the national language education policy six factors have a positive impact on the survival of vocational English teachers.
