于 1 995年 1— 3月在中国科学院海洋研究所进行饵料微藻培育系统内海洋弧菌生长特点的研究。选取来自对虾及扇贝体内 4株弧菌 ,研究其在 4种饵料微藻培育系统内的生长特点 ,同时进行无菌海水内弧菌菌株生长对照实验。结果表明 ,与对照实验 (弧菌菌株生长良好 )相比 ,处于生长指数后期至静止期的微藻培育系统能够强烈排斥弧菌。处于生长初期的微藻培育系统排斥弧菌的能力相对较弱 ,随着藻细胞密度的增加而增强。长期培养的微藻培养系统 ,球等鞭金藻 30 1 1和扁藻 1 0 4 0由于老化严重 ,排斥弧菌能力相对减弱 ;而三角褐指藻 2 0 38及小球藻 1 0 61由于老化程度相对较弱 ,仍然具有强烈排斥弧菌能力。据此认为 ,饵料微藻培育系统可排斥弧菌。本文结果对采用生态调控防治疾病具有重要意义。
In January-March 1995 at the Institute of Oceanology, Chinese Academy of Sciences to carry out bait microalgae culture system of marine Vibrio growth characteristics. Four strains of vibrio from shrimp and scallop were selected to study their growth characteristics in four kinds of food microalgae culture system. The results showed that the microalgae culture system in the late growth to stationary phase strongly repelled Vibrio compared to the control experiment (Vibrio strains grew well). The ability of microalgae cultivation system to repel Vibrio at the beginning of growth is relatively weak, which increases with the increase of algal cell density. Long-term cultivation of microalgae culture system, Isochrysis galbana 30 1 1 and Platymonas subcultured 1 0 4 0 Due to the serious aging, Vibrio parahaemolyticus ability to relatively weaken; and Phaeodactylum tricornata 2 0 38 and Chlorella 1 0 61 due to Aging is relatively weak and still has a strong ability to repel Vibrio. Accordingly, the food microalgae cultivation system can exclude Vibrio. The results of this paper is of great significance for the prevention and treatment of diseases by ecological regulation.
