保护和发展森林资源是建设现代林业的出发点和核心任务,林木良种是提高森林资源经济、社会和生态三大效益的决定性因素,因而实施林木良种工程是建设现代林业的基础和关键。文章从林木良种工程定义及内涵入手,阐述了实施林木良种工程的必要性和紧迫性,提出了新时期实施林木良种工程的总体思路、工作重点和措施。
The protection and development of forest resources are the starting point and core task of building modern forestry. The improvement of tree seeds is the decisive factor to improve the economic, social and ecological benefits of forest resources. Therefore, the implementation of tree seed improvement project is the foundation and key to the construction of modern forestry. Beginning with the definition and connotation of forest seed improvement project, the article expounds the necessity and urgency of implementing forest seed improvement project, and puts forward the general idea, key points and measures for implementing forest seed improvement project in the new period.
