化学排水采气已成为有水气藏的主要开采方式之一,用于化学排水采气工艺的起泡剂也很多,但仍不能适用于川东某些高矿化度、高温气井。针对川东地层温度高(90 ℃~110 ℃) 、矿化度高(100 000 mg/ L) 的特点,对目前使用的起泡剂进行筛选、复配,从而找到了一种适用于高温、高矿化度气井的新型起泡剂 C O M。根据研究表明:用 O A 和 A S 作为主发泡剂、 P V A 为稳定剂起泡效果最佳。给出了新起泡剂 C O M 的配方及性能参数。同时研究了矿化度对泡沫携液量的影响。
Chemical drainage gas recovery has become one of the main exploitation methods of water gas reservoirs. There are many foaming agents used in chemical drainage and gas production processes, but it still can not be applied to some high salinity and high temperature gas wells in eastern Sichuan. In view of the characteristics of high formation temperature (90 ℃ ~ 110 ℃) and high salinity (100 000 mg / L) in the strata of East Sichuan, the currently used foaming agents were screened and compounded to find a suitable application in high temperature, A new type of foaming agent C O M in high-salinity gas wells. According to the research, it is found that foaming effect is the best when P A A is the stabilizer with O A and A S as the main foaming agents. The formulation and performance parameters of the new foaming agent C O M are given. At the same time, the effect of salinity on the foam carrying capacity was studied.
