本文以“校企双主体”人才培养模式为基点,以高职学生为对象,通过对高职学生就业能力现状进行调查研究,探索在高职院校专业课程教学中,如何创新“校企双主体”人才培养模式,了解高职学生就业能力存在的不足,分析高职学生就业能力的构成和影响因素,在此基础上从高职院校、企业及学生自身等方面提出高职学生就业能力提升的途径、对策与措施,并特别阐述高职院校如何提升学生的就业能力。
