目的 探讨热休克蛋白 70 (HSP70 )在非小细胞肺癌(NSCL C)的表达及意义 .方法 采用 SABC免疫组织化学方法检测了 A 期 NSCL C5 6例、转移灶及其癌旁组织中HSP70的表达 .结果 HSP70在癌组织中的表达阳性率为87.5 % (49/ 5 6 ,腺癌 2 1/ 2 7,鳞癌 2 8/ 2 9) ,HSP70在转移癌组织中的表达阳性率为 91.1% (5 1/ 5 6 ) ,而在癌旁的肺组织HSP70的表达阳性率为 10 .7% (6 / 5 6 ) ,癌组织的表达阳性率明显高于癌旁组织 (P<0 .0 1) ;癌组织与转移灶的表达阳性率比较无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) .结论 HSP70在 NSCL C高表达可能通过细胞的生长调控在肿瘤的发生过程中具有重要作用 .
Objective To investigate the expression of heat shock protein 70 (HSP70) in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and its significance.Methods SABC immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of HSP70 in 6 cases of NSCL A, metastasis and its adjacent tissues Results The positive rate of HSP70 expression in cancer tissues was 87.5% (49/56, adenocarcinoma 21/27, squamous cell carcinoma 28/29), and the positive rate of HSP70 expression in metastatic cancer tissues was 91.1% (5 1/5 6). The positive expression rate of HSP70 in the adjacent lung cancer tissues was 10.7% (6/56), and the positive rate of cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in the adjacent tissues (P0.01 1). There was no significant difference in the positive expression rates of cancer tissues and metastasis (P0.05) .Conclusion The high expression of HSP70 in NSCL C may play an important role in tumorigenesis through the regulation of cell growth.
