胜芳,是河北省霸州市的一个大镇,处于京津保三个城市中间,现有常住人口9万余,流动人口竟有5万。面积104平方公里,城区面积占有22平方公里。在乡镇一级里,胜芳绝对是一个比一般县城还大的城。古时候,胜芳三面临水,南部有一片巨大的东淀,与白洋淀(西淀)水系相通。胜芳人说古时这里水域有25万顷。西来的大清河支流弯弯曲曲从镇中穿过,这就是胜芳河。它与城外的中亭河汇合流入大清河,大清河又与子牙河汇入海河,成为胜芳人行船运输和游览天津的宽敞水路。
Shengfang, a large town in Bazhou City, Hebei Province, is in the middle of the three cities of Beijing, Tianjin and Baojin. Its existing permanent population is more than 90,000 with a floating population of 50,000. Area of 104 square kilometers, urban area occupies 22 square kilometers. In the township level, Shengfang is definitely a city larger than the average county. In ancient times, Shengfang three faced with water, the southern part of a huge East Lake, and Baiyangdian (West Lake) connected to the water system. Sheng-fang people say that there are 250,000 hectares of water in ancient times. The winding tributary of the Qinghe River in the west passes through the town, which is the Shengfang River. It converges with the Zhongting River outside the city into the Qinghe River. The Qinghe River merges with the Ziya River into the Haihe River and becomes a spacious waterway for Shengfang pedestrian transportation and excursions to Tianjin.
