迟发性癫痫系指其初发年龄在20岁以上者,约占全部癫痫患者的10～20%左右。一般认为,其病因系由于脑的器质性损害,但对具体的致病因素尚缺乏系统研究。鉴于CT 对癫痫病因常可提供有价值的信息,作者自1986年8月至1987年4月随机抽取了我院1500份脑 CT 资料,发现以迟发性癫痫而就诊的患者114例,现仅就其所见作一分析。一般资料本组114例癫痫患者中,男88例,女26例,年龄21～76岁,平均38.3岁。其年龄分布见表1。其中 CT 异常者68例(59.6%)。
