采用双余度构型对舵机控制器进行设计,分为两个通道,分别是主控通道和备用通道。两个通道无论是硬件构成还是功能逻辑都非常相似,主备通道的基本控制功能和监控功能是完全相同的,舵机控制器工作时,主备通道同时工作,但仅有主控通道进行控制输出,备用通道不输出,相当于热机备份。主通道发生故障时,将通道1的驱动线路断开,将备用通道的驱动线路接通,并将故障上报至飞控计算机,备用通道发生故障时,只将故障上报至飞控计算机。
The double redundant configuration of the steering gear controller design, is divided into two channels, namely the master channel and the backup channel. The two channels are very similar in terms of hardware configuration and function logic. The basic control functions and monitoring functions of the master and slave channels are exactly the same. When the servo controller works, the master and slave channels work at the same time, but only the master channel controls Output, spare channel is not output, equivalent to the heat machine backup. When the main channel fails, the drive line of channel 1 is disconnected, the drive line of the spare channel is connected, and the fault is reported to the flight control computer. When the backup channel fails, only the fault is reported to the flight control computer.
