在大进给量加工孔时,刀具圆柱形尾柄会在夹头中打滑,圆锥形尾柄由于超负荷会扭断扁尾而在圆锥形孔中打滑。应用偏心连接可以消除刀具尾柄打滑现象。
In large infeed holes, the tool’s cylindrical tail will slip in the chuck, and the tapered tail will slip in the conical bore due to overloading of the flat tail. Application of eccentric connection can eliminate tool tail skid phenomenon.
