Using the calorimetry method, from the thermodynamic point of view, a thermodynamic model of the interaction between anti-tumor drugs and DNA was established, and the series of related thermodynamic functions were calculated. Summarize the types and thermodynamic characteristics of anticancer drugs and DNA, and provide important information for exploring the mechanism of antitumor drugs and DNA.
