目的了解某部餐饮单位紫外线消毒灯现状。方法紫外线照度检测;现场查看;问卷调查。结果调查30间熟食间,照度合格率17.6%,安装正确率26.5%,16.7%的工作人员严格落实消毒时间,部分饮食行业从业人员紫外线灯消毒知识欠缺。结论加强餐饮单位紫外线灯消毒管理,规范从业人员对紫外线消毒灯的使用。
Objective To understand the status quo of a UV disinfection lamp in a restaurant. Methods UV illumination detection; site view; questionnaire. Results The survey among 30 cooked food rooms showed that the passing rate of illumination was 17.6%, the installation correct rate was 26.5% and the staff of 16.7% strictly implemented the disinfection time. Some employees in the catering industry lacked the knowledge of UV disinfection. Conclusion We should strengthen the disinfection management of UV lamps in catering units and standardize the use of UV disinfection lamps by practitioners.
