集团文化和成员企业文化共同组成一个系统文化。集团文化不能替代成员企业文化,成员企业文化也不能取代集团文化。为了充分发挥企业文化的凝聚力和向心力,使整个系统获得稳定、持续、快速的发展,就必须实现集团文化与成员企业文化的融合。而集团文化与成员企业文化在融合过程中的相互关系及必备条件,则是实现集团文化与成员企业文化融合必须首先要解决的问题。
Group culture and member corporate culture together to form a system culture. Group culture can not replace member corporate culture, member corporate culture can not replace the group culture.
