In short, it was not long ago, that five or six years ago, young actors graduating from the Soviet Union’s National University of Cinema actually had no connection with production. Even the leading filmmakers do not know them and do not trust them. As a result, most of them have lost the opportunity to participate in the film industry and are still unknown to the audience. Only a small part of young actors are now on the screen. During those years, there was a widespread misconception among film directors: it seemed as if only theater actors had mastered the language, and in this respect, even young theater actors had far more experience than movie actors.
