目的:探讨COPD患者中血清1,25(OH)2D3与INF-γ、IL-17之间的关系。方法:选择健康体检者30例(A组)和COPD急性加重期患者36例(B组),同时选择在同院门诊随诊的COPD稳定期患者38例(C组)。采用ELISA法测定并比较以上三组受试者血清1,25(OH)2D3、INF-γ和IL-17的表达水平,分别探讨B组和C组中血清1,25(OH)2D3和INF-γ、IL-17之间的关系。结果:三组研究对象的血清1,25(OH)2D3、INF-γ及IL-17水平均有显著性差异(P<0.05);B组血清1,25(OH)2D3与INF-γ水平呈负相关,与IL-17水平呈负相关;C组血清1,25(OH)2D3与INF-γ水平呈负相关,与IL-17水平呈负相关。结论:维生素D可能通过影响INF-γ、IL-17的表达水平来参与COPD的炎症反应过程。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between serum 1,25 (OH) 2D3 and INF-γ and IL-17 in COPD patients. Methods: Thirty healthy subjects (group A) and 36 patients with acute exacerbation of COPD (group B) were enrolled in this study. 38 patients with stable COPD were enrolled in this study. The levels of serum 1,25 (OH) 2D3, INF-γ and IL-17 in the above three groups were measured and compared by ELISA. The levels of serum 1,25 (OH) 2D3 and INF -γ, IL-17. Results: The levels of serum 1,25 (OH) 2D3, INF-γand IL-17 in the three groups were significantly different (P <0.05). The levels of serum 1,25 (OH) 2D3 and INF- (OH) 2D3 was negatively correlated with the level of IL-17 and negatively correlated with the level of IL-17. The level of serum 1,25 (OH) 2D3 in group C was negatively correlated with the level of INF-γ and negatively correlated with IL-17. Conclusion: Vitamin D may participate in the inflammatory reaction of COPD by affecting the expression of INF-γ and IL-17.
