采用离体细胞培养技术,从细胞和分子水平证实大剂量前列腺素 E_2 (56.74mol/L,20μg/ml)有抗动脉粥样硬化形成作用:抑制高脂血症性兔主动脉平滑肌细胞的增生及过氧化脂质形成,并在电镜下观察到相应变化。同时显示与抗氧化剂硒联用具明显协同作用。
Using in vitro cell culture techniques, it was confirmed from the cellular and molecular levels that high-dose prostaglandin E 2 (56.74 mol/L, 20 μg/ml) had anti-atherosclerotic effects: inhibition of proliferation of hyperlipidemia rabbit aortic smooth muscle cells Lipid peroxidation was formed and the corresponding changes were observed under electron microscope. At the same time, it shows significant synergy with the antioxidant selenium-linked device.
