1982年5至6月吉林省和龙县长红林场某施工部队,爆发一起以大林姬鼠、棕背(?)为主要传染源的流行性出血热(EHF)流行,住院病人106人。为了进一步查清该地区不同鼠类带毒消长与人群感染的关系,对本病流行病学的研究提供依据,我们于1983年4至9月,以原施工地域为中心,每半月捕鼠调查1次,现将调查方法及结果报告如下。材料和方法一、免疫血清1.典型 EHF 病人阳性血清:系和龙县采集,经本室制备的 EHF 组织培养抗原片标定。2.兔抗 EHF 免疫血清:系安徽省医学科学研究所赠。3.兔抗呼肠病毒Ⅰ、Ⅱ型免疫血清:系黑龙江省卫生防疫站及302医院赠。二、荧光血清1.羊抗人荧光血清:系上海生物制品研究所生产,批号8203-2。2.羊抗兔荧光血清:系上海生物制品研究所生产,批号8201-1。
From May to June 1982, a construction unit of Changhong Forest Farm, Heilong County, Jilin Province, outbreak of epidemic hemorrhagic fever (EHF) with Apodemus dauricus and Brownback (?) As the main source of infection was epidemic with 106 inpatients. In order to further find out the relationship between the growth and distribution of different rodents and the infection of the human in this region, we provide the basis for the epidemiological study of this disease. From April to September 1983, we focused on the original construction area, 1 times, now the survey methods and results are reported as follows. Materials and methods First, the immune serum 1. Typical EHF patients with positive serum: Department and Long County collection, the room prepared by the EHF tissue culture antigen piece calibration. 2. Rabbit anti-EHF immune serum: Department of Anhui Province Institute of Medical Sciences gift. 3. Rabbit anti-reovirus type Ⅰ, Ⅱ immune serum: Department of Health and Epidemic Prevention Station in Heilongjiang Province and 302 hospitals donated. Fluorescent serum 1. Sheep anti-human fluorescence serum: Department of Shanghai Institute of Biological Products, batch number 8203-2.2. Sheep anti-rabbit serum: Department of Biological Products Institute of Shanghai production, batch number 8201-1.
