目前,我国高职院校的德育管理工作还存在诸多问题,出现了一些德育机制不完善、德育队伍普遍素质不高、德育工作和智育工作混淆等现象。因此,高职院校参与德育的工作者有责任以及义务分析研究合理有效的德育管理模式,降低德育教学资源的浪费,改变德育工作中分散的学习状态,杜绝德育的浮华主义形式,真正做到以学生为本,以提高学生的德育水平为宗旨。本文将主要研究和探讨高职院校的有效德育管理模式,提出相应的管理措施。
At present, there are still many problems in the management of moral education in higher vocational colleges in our country. Some phenomena such as the imperfect moral education system, the low quality of moral education teams, the confusion of moral education and intellectual education have appeared. Therefore, the workers participating in moral education in higher vocational colleges have the responsibility and obligation to analyze the reasonable and effective moral education management mode, reduce the waste of moral education resources, change the decentralized learning status in moral education and eliminate the ghostly form of moral education. Student-oriented, to improve the moral level of students for the purpose. This article will mainly study and explore the effective moral education management mode in higher vocational colleges and put forward corresponding management measures.
