医院财务管理是医院正常运行的基础,直接影响着医院的生存与发展。目前我国医院内部的经济管理模式逐渐向科学化、精细化管理模式转变。随着社会经济的快速发展,医院管理人员的思想必须与时俱进,善于运用财务战略思维制定适合本医院的科学发展战略,提高医院的经济竞争力,保证医院的长远利益。医院财务管理工作已经不仅仅是原来的简单核算过程,而是加入了更多元素的综合财务管理,因此目前财务管理目标是切实提升医院财务管理效力。
Hospital financial management is the basis for the normal operation of the hospital and directly affects the survival and development of the hospital. At present, the internal economic management mode of our hospital gradually changes to a scientific and meticulous management mode. With the rapid development of society and economy, the thought of hospital managers must keep pace with the times, be good at using financial strategic thinking to formulate a scientific development strategy suitable for the hospital, improve the economic competitiveness of hospitals, and ensure the long-term interests of the hospital. Hospital financial management is not only the original simple accounting process, but added more elements of integrated financial management, so the current financial management objective is to effectively enhance the effectiveness of hospital financial management.
