In 2001, the United States General Accounting Administration put forward a total of 60 evaluation reports on information management involving a total of 17 government departments: the U.S. Postal Authority, the Federal Reserve, the Small Business Administration, the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development, bonds Department of Defense, IRS, Social Security Administration, Department of Agriculture, Land Authority, Department of Energy, Department of Defense Logistics, Veterans Affairs, Indian Health Services, Clinton Presidential Email System Management Office, Government Paperwork Elimination Act Management and Budget Office, Service General Administration.
