我县边境一线村屯居民与越南边民相邻,山水相连,朝夕相望。随着中越两国关系的正常化,两国边民贸易、生产、生活等的交往日趋频繁,由于两国边民山水相连,习俗相通相同,私下通婚的情况也较多。据不完全统计,我县边民与越南通婚就有130余对。面对如此复杂的民间婚姻,我县平孟、百南、百省、百都四个边防一线乡镇的广大人民调解员,按照国家的法律法规,积极调解涉外民间纠纷,始终做到边境一线的民间矛盾纠纷优先调解,边民的疑难问题优先解决,为边境创造一个良好的社会环境,得到了中越边民的热情
My county border village residents and border villagers adjacent to Vietnam, mountains and rivers, overnight. With the normalization of the relations between China and Vietnam, the trade and production, living and other exchanges between the two countries have become increasingly frequent. As the people of both sides of the two countries have the same landscapes and customs, they share the same customs and more private intermarriage. According to incomplete statistics, there are more than 130 pairs of people who marry in our county and Vietnam. In the face of such complicated civil marriages, the majority of people’s mediators in four frontier townships, namely Pingmeng, BaiNan, Baishu and Baidu counties, actively mediate foreign-related non-governmental disputes in accordance with the laws and regulations of the country and always do front-line The priority is to be given to the mediation of conflicts and disputes among civilians and the problems of border people are prioritized, creating a favorable social environment for the border and gaining the enthusiasm of the people of China and Vietnam.
