[目的]观察针灸联合四磨汤、常规治疗干预剖宫产术后胃肠功能恢复疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将100例住院患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组50例剖宫产术后常规护理。治疗组50例①针灸。②四磨汤。术后12h开始,选用四磨汤(木香、乌药、枳壳、槟榔、当归、白芍各10g,黄芪15g,甘草5g),1剂/d,取水500mL,煎至100mL,1次/d,口服。常规护理同对照组。连续治疗5d为1疗程。观测临床症状、肠鸣音恢复时间、首次排气及排便平均时间、腹胀情况、术后胃肠功能恢复正常情况、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈11例,显效32例,有效3例,无效4例,总有效率86.00%。对照组痊愈8例,显效24例,有效2例,无效16例,总有效率64.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。肠鸣音恢复时间、首次排气及排便平均时间治疗组少于对照组(P<0.05)。术后胃肠功能恢复正常情况治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]针灸联合四磨汤、常规治疗干预剖宫产术后胃肠功能恢复效果显著,值得推广。
[Objective] To observe the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Si mill soup on routine gastrointestinal function recovery after cesarean section intervention. [Methods] Randomized parallel method was used to divide 100 hospitalized patients into two groups according to random number table. Control group, 50 cases of cesarean section after routine care. Treatment group 50 cases ① acupuncture. ② four mill soup. Twelve hours after the operation, four mill soup (Muping, Wotao, Citrus aurantium, Areca nut, Angelica, white peony root of 10g, astragalus 15g, licorice 5g), 1 / d, water 500mL, d, oral. Regular care with the control group. Continuous treatment of 5d for a course of treatment. Observe the clinical symptoms, bowel sounds recovery time, the average time of the first exhaust and defecation, abdominal distension, postoperative gastrointestinal function returned to normal, adverse reactions. Treatment of a course of treatment to determine the efficacy. [Result] In the treatment group, 11 cases were cured, 32 cases were markedly effective, 3 cases were effective, 4 cases were ineffective and the total effective rate was 86.00%. The control group recovered in 8 cases, effective in 24 cases, effective in 2 cases, ineffective in 16 cases, the total effective rate was 64.00%. The treatment group was better than the control group (P <0.05). Bowel sounds recovery time, the average time of first exhaust and defecation treatment group less than the control group (P <0.05). The postoperative gastrointestinal function returned to normal in the treatment group was better than that in the control group (P <0.05). [Conclusion] Combined acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Si mill decoction can significantly promote the gastrointestinal function recovery after cesarean section intervention and is worth popularizing.
