目的:探讨新塔花中胡薄荷酮、咖啡酸与迷迭香酸在不同生长周期中的积累量及其变化规律。方法:采集处于不同生长周期的新塔花药材,采用高效液相色谱法进行含量测定。色谱柱为Agilent-C18,流动相为甲醇-0.3%磷酸水溶液(梯度洗脱),检测波长为290 nm,柱温为30℃,流速为1.0 ml/min,进样量为10μl。结果:从4月底返青至10月初种子成熟的整个生长周期,3种指标性成分含量均呈现出先升高后降低的趋势,胡薄荷酮与咖啡酸于7月中旬至8月中旬在药材中的含量较高,迷迭香酸于6月下旬至8月初在药材中的含量较高,整体药材于7月中旬至8月初的质量最好。结论:新塔花药材中指标性成分的含量变化随生长周期表现出较好的规律性,7月中旬至8月初的新塔花药材质量最好。这可为新塔花药材的采收与生产加工提供依据。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the accumulation of caffeic acid, caffeic acid and rosmarinic acid in different growth cycles and their changes in nectarine flower. Methods: The new tower medicinal materials in different growth cycle were collected and determined by HPLC. The column was Agilent-C18. The mobile phase was methanol-0.3% phosphoric acid (gradient elution). The detection wavelength was 290 nm. The column temperature was 30 ℃. The flow rate was 1.0 ml / min. The injection volume was 10μl. Results: From the end of April to the beginning of October seed ripening throughout the growth cycle, the three indicators of the ingredients showed a trend of first increased and then decreased, puipurone and caffeic acid in mid July to mid-August in the herbs The higher content of rosmarinic acid in late June to early August in the higher content of herbs, the whole herbs in mid-July to early August the best quality. Conclusion: The change of the content of the index components in nectarine showed good regularity with the growth cycle, and the quality of neotame from the middle of July to the beginning of August was the best. This can provide a basis for the harvesting and production and processing of new tower anther materials.
