《钢筋混凝土与预应力混凝土结构实用设计建议(草案)》是国际预应力混凝土协会(FIP)实用设计委员会在欧洲混凝土协会与国际预应力混凝土协会编制的CEB/FIP模式规范(MC78)基础上编制而成,于1982年6月正式公布。该建议的主要目的是将上述两协会的工作概括为设计工程师实用的规范,其特点是注重实际应用,计算公式简化,因而具有校大的参考价值。目前该建议正在世界各国征求意见。现该建议由杜拱辰、蔡绍怀、陈永春、刘永颐同志译校出来,我刊予以发表,以飨读者。
The “Proposal for the Practical Design of Reinforced Concrete and Prestressed Concrete Structures (Draft)” was prepared by the International Prestressed Concrete Association (FIP) Practical Design Committee based on the CEB/FIP model specification (MC78) prepared by the European Concrete Association and the International Prestressed Concrete Association. It was formally announced in June 1982. The main purpose of this proposal is to summarize the work of the above two associations as a practical specification for design engineers. Its characteristic is that it focuses on practical applications and the calculation formulas are simplified, thus having the reference value of the university. At present, the proposal is being solicited from all countries in the world. The proposal is now translated by Comrades Du Gongchen, Cai Shaohuai, Chen Yongchun, and Liu Yongji. Our publication is published for readers.
