本文认为要控制管道振动,主要要控制管流脉动,但管流脉动的控制,必须在设计阶段考虑,将管流脉动控制在允许值范围内.本文简明地阐述了配管设计的指导理论.并以4M16—16/13—230氢气压缩机为例,根据一维非定常流理论,应用计算机辅助设计,推断出运行中可能出现的振转情况,将振动消减在设计阶段,从而获得优化的设计方案.投产运行后的情况表明效果良好,经现场测试证明与计算机辅助设计值吻合.
