随着我国高等教育的迅速发展,大学生就业问题已成为社会各界高度关注的热点问题。就业教育与服务体系的构建是一个复杂的系统工程,涉及学校的办学理念、组织制度、教育体系和服务体系等诸多因素。健全的就业工作制度,有利于推动高职学生就业。介绍了高校建立并落实就业工作制度的具体做法,如按照以“素质为本、能力为本和发展为本”的教育理念,设计构建“四结合”的高职院校就业教育体系;制订系统的就业工作制度,建立协调的就业工作管理机制,实行有效的就业工作考评办法,落实严格的就业工作奖惩制度。
With the rapid development of China’s higher education, the employment of college students has become a hot issue of great concern to all sectors of society. The construction of employment education and service system is a complicated systematic project that involves many factors such as school running concept, organization system, education system and service system. A sound employment system is conducive to promoting the employment of higher vocational students. This paper introduces the concrete ways to establish and implement employment system in colleges and universities. For instance, according to the educational philosophy of “quality oriented, ability oriented and development oriented”, the employment education of vocational colleges System; formulate a system of employment work system, establish a coordinated management system of employment work, implement effective measures for evaluation of employment work, and implement a strict rewards and punishment system for employment.
