顶岗实习是高职院校有效推进工学结合人才培养模式的重要形式,也是培养高技能人才的重要途径之一。我们在高职钻井技术专业学生顶岗实习的实施过程中,更注重顶岗实习中工作与学习的有机结合,切实加强顶岗实习教育与管理,全面做实顶岗实习教育教学环节,有效推进工学结合人才培养模式,确保高职院校人才培养质量。
