研究背景］探讨绝经后阴道流血的病因及与恶性肿瘤的相关因素．［病例报告］绝经后阴道流血的病因正在逐渐变化．本组１０１例中恶性肿瘤占２７％，与恶性肿瘤相关的因素有年龄（恶性肿瘤组发病年龄平均为６１岁，良性病变组为５６岁）、绝经期限（绝经１１年以后发病者占恶性肿瘤的６２％）、出血性质（明显出血者恶性肿瘤发生率为２９％）、流血时间（流血时间超过１个月者恶性肿瘤发生率为６２．３％）．［结论］年龄越大、绝经期限越长、出血量越多、出血时间越长，恶性肿瘤的可能性越大 Background] To investigate the causes of post-menopausal vaginal bleeding and related factors with malignant tumors. [Case Report] The causes of vaginal bleeding after menopause are gradually changing.
