最近几个月来,我办正在开展一个以革命的精神总结设计经验,改进设计工作的群众性的设计革命运动。这个运动是设计工作领域里无产阶级和资产阶级两种思想、两条道路的斗争。其目的是为了实现设计思想上的兴无灭资、设计工作上的破旧创新。解放十多年来,在中央和省委的英明领导下,我们进行了巨大的治理伟大长江的各项任务,作了大量的勘测、规划、设计和科研工作。我们既有许多成功的经验,也有不小失败的经验,这就具备了总结我们自己的设计经验的条件,也到了总结我们自己的设计经验的时候了。我们有了自己的经验,才能打破“框框”,才能有所创造,才能总结出我们多快好省、符合我国实际情况的设计途径。运动中,全体科学技术人员按照“充分讨论、畅所欲言”的原则,总结设计工作、改进设计工作。大家认为以往设计工作中存在的主要问题,除了由于经验不足、受到来自国外的各种框框束缚之处,主要是设计人员脱离政治、脱离实际、脱离群众的“三脱离”的倾向。资产阶级主观唯心主义、形而上学的设计思想,严重地影响着设计工作,往往使我们不能做出正确的设计来。今后,全体设计人具必须不断地、认真地学习党的方斜政策,活学活用毛主席思想,实行领导、技术人员、工人三结合,深入实践,深入群众,实事求是,调查研究,才能把设计工作做得多快好省。本刊为了及时交流经验,于二月九日召开了一个包括勘测、设计、施工等方面的部分技术人员座谈会,以“正确的设计从哪里米”为题,畅述了他们的认识和体会。他们说:凡是深入实际,实行“三结合”作设计,就既能保证工程质量,又能节约国家资财;凡是闭门造车,生搬硬套,就会产生“三脱离”,给国家造成损失。此外,还必须指出:只有用正确的思想方法总结工作经验,和彻底解决设计人员不愿深入群众、深人工地的问题,才能更好地改进设计工作,做出正确的设计来。我们认为,这些问题对于广大设计人员具有一定的教育意义,现把其中的一部分整理出来供大家看看、想想。 In recent months, my office has been carrying out a mass design revolutionary movement that summarizes design experience in the spirit of revolution and improved design work. We have many successful experiences, as well as many unsuccessful experiences. This has the conditions for summarizing our own design experience and the time for summarizing our own design experience. We have our own experience in order to break the “framework” before we can create something in order to sum up our design approach that is more efficient and saves the country’s actual situation. During the campaign, all scientific and technical personnel summed up the design work and improved the design work in accordance with the principle of “full discussion and freedom of speech”. Everyone thinks that in the past, the main problems in the design work were due to the lack of experience and the constraints imposed by foreign countries. This was mainly due to the tendency of designers to be separated from politics, from reality, and from the masses’ “three separations.” The subjective idealism and metaphysical design of the bourgeoisie have seriously affected the design work and often prevent us from making the right design. In the future, all design personnel must continuously and earnestly study the party’s policy of skewedness, use the Chairman Mao’s thinking to live in the school, implement the three-in-one combination of leadership, technical personnel, and workers, deepen the practice, go deep into the masses, seek truth from facts, investigate and study, and then design. How fast do you work? In order to exchange experience in a timely manner, the journal held a seminar for some technicians including surveying, design, and construction on February 9th. The topic was “Where is the correct design from rice?”, and they gave a brief description of their understanding and experience. . They said: Anything in-depth practice and the implementation of the “three-in-one” design will not only guarantee the quality of the project, but also save the country’s financial resources; if it is done behind closed doors, it will produce “three separations” and cause losses to the country. In addition, we must also point out that only by summing up work experience with the correct methods of thinking and thoroughly solving the problems of designers who do not want to go deep into the masses and deep artificial grounds can we better improve the design work and make the right design. We believe that these issues have a certain educational significance for the majority of designers. Now we put together some of them for everyone to look at and think about.
