以林南仓煤矿三水平东一胶带通路探巷掘进工程为背景,针对膨胀性软岩巷道难以支护的问题,系统分析总结了该类巷道变形破坏特征,并提出了架喷锚注耦合支护对策,即在该类巷道掘进初期大变形条件下采用承载能力较大的U型钢进行支护,配合喷浆封闭围岩,使U型钢受力均匀,最后注浆提高围岩承载能力的支护方案。运用FLAC3D数值模拟软件,对不同支护方案下软岩巷道的塑性区分布进行了研究。结果表明:架喷锚注支护下膨胀软岩巷道的变形破坏可以得到较好的控制。
In the light of the tunneling project of three-level east-east tunnel in LinNanChang coal mine, aiming at the problem that the expansive soft rock roadway is difficult to support, the deformation and failure characteristics of this kind of roadway are systematically analyzed and analyzed. , That is, under the conditions of large deformation in the early stage of roadway driving, U-shaped steel with larger bearing capacity is used to support the surrounding rock with shotcrete to make the U-shaped steel be evenly loaded and finally grouting to improve the carrying capacity of surrounding rock. . By using FLAC3D numerical simulation software, the distribution of plastic zone in soft rock roadway under different support schemes has been studied. The results show that the deformation and failure of the soft rock tunnel under the support of gob anchor can be well controlled.
