为了更好地推广应用双调机组运行工况调节技术,介绍了大型泵站双调机组的技术特点,采用数值计算方法优化确定其运行工况调节方案,以实现运行节能。通过求装置效率特性曲线的最大极值点,获得给定的装置扬程下的最佳转速和最优叶片角度。结合操作可行性,拟定了不同装置扬程下双调机组的变速、调角运行方案。实例应用结果表明,双调机组运行工况调节技术简单有效,优化后双调机组具有可观的节能效果。
In order to popularize and adjust the operation condition of double-unit operation, the technical characteristics of double-unit operation of large-scale pump station are introduced. The numerical calculation method is used to optimize and determine the adjustment program of its operating conditions in order to achieve energy-saving operation. By obtaining the maximum extremum point of the efficiency curve of the device, the optimum speed and the optimum vane angle for the given head of the device are obtained. Combining with the feasibility of operation, a scheme of variable speed and angle adjusting operation of double adjustable units under different installation heads was drawn up. The results of practical application show that the operation regulation of the dual-control unit is simple and effective. After optimization, the dual-control unit has considerable energy-saving effect.
