实验室内在2‰,5‰,10‰,15‰,20‰,31.8‰,40‰和50‰8个盐度梯度以及20℃,25℃,28℃,30℃,35℃和25±5℃6个温度组下研究盐度和温度对蒙古裸腹溞的生长率,繁殖力和内禀增长率(r_m)的影响。每组试验用30个指管瓶内盛10毫升小球藻液(每毫升约250万个小球藻)和一个新生幼溞,每日早晚各观测一次。 试验表明:在盐度5‰到40‰之间蒙古裸腹溞的生长和繁殖力都没有显著的差别,但是温度对这种溞的生长率、发育速度、生殖率、生殖量和内禀增长率都有明显的影响.其最适温度为25—28℃。 文中还比较了蒙古裸腹溞和其他枝角类的内禀增长率并指出这种溞作为海水鱼虾类幼苗的活饵料是很有前途的。
In the laboratory, there were 8 salinity gradients of 2 ‰, 5 ‰, 10 ‰, 15 ‰, 20 ‰, 31.8 ‰, 40 ‰ and 50 ‰ and 20 ± 25 ℃, 28 ℃, 30 ℃, 35 ℃ and 25 ± 5 The effects of salinity and temperature on the growth rate, fecundity and intrinsic rate of increase (r_m) of M. mongolica were studied under 6 temperature conditions. Each group of 30 vial bottles containing 10 ml of chlorella liquid (about 2.5 million chlorella per milliliter) and a newborn baby, observed each morning and evening. The results showed that there was no significant difference in growth and fecundity between the 5 ‰ and 40 ‰ salinity, but the effect of temperature on the growth rate, growth rate, reproductive rate, reproductive capacity and intrinsic growth The rate has a significant impact on its optimum temperature of 25-28 ℃. The article also compares the intrinsic rate of increase of M. gondii and other cladocerans in Mongolia and points out that this plover is promising as a live feed for marine fish and shrimp seedlings.
