基于电子服务质量模型,构建了包括效率、信息质量、系统可用性、易用性和隐私安全5个维度的移动政务服务质量评估模型,并分析了移动政务服务质量各维度与用户满意和再使用意愿之间的关系。实证结果表明:效率、信息质量、系统可用性和易用性都对用户满意产生影响,进而影响对移动政务的再使用意愿,但隐私安全对用户满意无显著影响。
