人力资源创新是确保资源得以有效利用并实现企业目标的一种组织管理方式。随着现代企业环境不确定性、技术不确定性和任务不确定性的增加,企业越来越关注以应变和创新为核心整合含人力资源在内的战略性资源,以保持企业的核心竞争力。本文以权变理论为研究切入点,对不确定性下影响人力资源管理的一系列因素进行了构建和剖析,提出了将人力资源管理创新与企业战略相结合的设计思路。
Human resources innovation is a kind of organization and management method to ensure that resources can be effectively used and achieve business goals. With the uncertainty of the modern enterprise environment, the uncertainty of technology and the increase of task uncertainty, enterprises are increasingly concerned about integrating strategic resources including human resources with strain and innovation as the core to maintain their core competitiveness . In this paper, Contingency Theory as the starting point for the study, under the uncertainty of a series of factors affecting the human resources management were constructed and analyzed, put forward the combination of human resource management and business strategy design ideas.
