装载机变矩器工作油温过高属于常见故障,发生故障时装载机工作无力,同时油温过高也加速了液压油的氧化,使之丧失了润滑性能,导致密封件的损坏,影响机器的正常工作。通过实例详细分析了造成故障的几种原因,提出了相应的解决方案。
Loader torque converter working oil temperature is a common fault, when the loader fails to work, at the same time the oil temperature also accelerated the oxidation of hydraulic oil, so that the loss of lubrication, resulting in damage to the seal, the impact of the machine normal work. Several examples of the causes of the failure are analyzed in detail, and the corresponding solutions are put forward.
