针对目前纺织服装工业园区发展的情况和所遇到瓶颈,本刊记者专访了行业内的两位专家,他们的真知灼见或许能让工业园区的未来走向拨开云雾。中国纺织工业联合会副秘书长、纺织产业转移办公室常务副主任杨峻:构建一种超越常规的发展模式目前中西部园区正处在不太景气状态,招商很难,在这个时期园区需构建一种超越常规的发展模式。这需要做到以下四点,一是要转变思维,二是要不断提高劳动生产率,三是要从单纯制造业向服务业转变,四是当地政府要构建一个良好的投资环境。
