针对邯钢IF钢冶炼过程,采用统计学软件SPSS中逻辑回归分析、相关性统计、描述性统计等方法,研究了冶炼过程中关键参数和轧材夹杂缺陷之间的对应关系以及参数间的相关性.结果表明:在IF钢冶炼过程中将转炉终点温度控制在1695~1700℃之间,吹氧量控制在250 m~3以下,静置时间控制在30~40 min之间,加铝前氧位不超过3.9×10~(-4)时,IF钢轧材出现夹杂缺陷的机率减少.由此对现场提出了改善措施,结果表明以上优化措施可以减少IF钢轧材中夹杂缺陷的产生.
Aiming at the IF steel smelting process in Handan Iron and Steel Company, the relationship between the key parameters and the inclusion defects in the smelting process and the correlation between the parameters were studied using the statistical software SPSS logistic regression analysis, correlation statistics and descriptive statistics. The results show that in the IF steel smelting process, the final temperature of the converter is controlled between 1695 and 1700 ℃, the oxygen blowing rate is controlled below 250 m 3, the standing time is controlled between 30 and 40 min, If the oxygen level does not exceed 3.9 × 10 -4, the chances of inclusions in IF rolled steel decrease, so improvement measures are proposed in the field, and the results show that the above optimization measures can reduce the occurrence of inclusions in IF rolled steel .
