本文采用丹磺酰肼荧光标记甾类化合物和反相高效液相色谱分离的方法,测定了多种甾类化合物包括甾体激素。通过实验优化了化学衍生反应的条件,反应的产率相当稳定,检出极限达2—3pmol,相对标准偏差1.46%,适于进行痕量分析。
In this paper, dansyl hydrazine fluorescence labeled steroids and reverse phase high performance liquid chromatography separation method, the determination of a variety of steroids including steroid hormones. The conditions of chemical derivatization were optimized through experiments. The yield of the reaction was quite stable with the detection limit of 2-3 pmol and the relative standard deviation of 1.46%, which was suitable for the trace analysis.
