本文阐述了应用805-1型湍流式高效率水冷装置进行20MnSi螺纹钢筋轧后余热处理工艺及性能研究的概况。探讨了自回火温度、冷却时间、冷却水总流量及终轧温度等主要工艺参数对钢筋的力学性能和显微组织的影响。初步探讨了钢筋轧后余热处理的强韧化机理。并简述了新工艺的生产应用及其显著的技术效果和经济效益。
This paper describes the application of 805-1 turbulent high efficiency water cooling device for 20MnSi rebar rolling heat treatment process and performance of the overview. The effects of main technological parameters such as self-tempering temperature, cooling time, total cooling water flow and finishing temperature on the mechanical properties and microstructure of the rebar were discussed. The mechanism of strengthening and toughening of heat treatment after rebar rolling was discussed preliminarily. And briefly describes the production and application of new technology and its significant technical effects and economic benefits.
